Our clinic is supported by a collaborative, welcoming team focused on helping patients move and feel better. Care is led by two licensed physical therapists who design and guide individualized treatment programs, with a strong emphasis on active exercise and aquatic therapy in our pool. Our four dedicated office staff keep everything running smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience from referral to discharge so patients can focus on progress and recovery.

Kelli Duncan, PT
Kelli Duncan is a licensed Physical Therapist and owner of Crestview Physical & Aquatic Therapy. She graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 1998 and has over 25 years of experience providing individualized, evidence-based care. Kelli focuses on restoring functional movement and promoting long-term wellness through therapeutic exercise, muscle balance, patient education, movement re-education, and aquatic therapy. She is committed to developing personalized treatment plans that support safe recovery, improve mobility, and help patients maintain an active, independent lifestyle.

TAYLOR WRIGHT
Physical Therapist Assistant
Taylor Wright, PTA
Taylor Wright is a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with more than 10 years of experience helping patients improve their strength, mobility, and function. He earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Wallace Community College and brings an extensive educational background to his patient care. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Auburn University in 2012 and later completed a Master of Education in Biomechanics.
